Global Health Bridge (operated by Iryna Voloshyn, Primianusplatz 1, 95478 Kemnath, Germany) is a medical tourism coordination service. We connect international patients with doctors, hospitals, and clinics in Germany, and assist with travel, accommodation, and interpreter arrangements.
The initial consultation with Global Health Bridge is free of charge. During this consultation we assess your medical needs, answer your questions, and outline how we can assist you.
If you decide to proceed with our services, a coordination fee applies. This fee covers all administrative, organisational, and logistical support we provide throughout your medical journey, including:
The coordination fee — either a fixed amount or a percentage of the treatment cost — is agreed individually with each patient in writing before any services are booked.
Before appointments are confirmed, the patient must provide one of the following:
Treatment costs are paid directly to the treating physician or hospital. The coordination fee is paid to Global Health Bridge as agreed.
If you cancel a booked appointment or withdraw from the service after bookings have been made on your behalf, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and booking costs already incurred.
The amount and conditions of the cancellation fee will be specified in the individual service agreement signed before bookings are confirmed.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the coordination fee paid by the patient.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Kemnath, Germany.
Global Health Bridge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your service agreement applies to your engagement.

Wir vermitteln internationale Patienten an Ärzte, Krankenhäuser und Kliniken in Deutschland und unterstützen bei der Organisation von Reise, Unterkunft und Dolmetschleistungen.
Die Erstkonsultation mit Global Health Bridge ist kostenlos. In diesem Gespräch erfassen wir Ihren medizinischen Bedarf, beantworten Ihre Fragen und erläutern, wie wir Ihnen helfen können.
Wenn Sie unsere Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen möchten, fällt ein Koordinierungshonorar an. Dieses umfasst die gesamte administrative, organisatorische und logistische Unterstützung, darunter:
Das Koordinierungshonorar — als Festbetrag oder als Prozentsatz der Behandlungskosten — wird individuell und schriftlich mit jedem Patienten vereinbart, bevor Leistungen gebucht werden.
Vor der Bestätigung von Terminen muss der Patient eines der folgenden Dokumente vorlegen:
Behandlungskosten werden direkt an den behandelnden Arzt bzw. das Krankenhaus gezahlt. Das Koordinierungshonorar wird gemäß Vereinbarung an Global Health Bridge entrichtet.
Bei Stornierung eines gebuchten Termins oder Rücktritt vom Auftrag nach erfolgten Buchungen kann eine Stornogebühr anfallen, um bereits entstandene Verwaltungs- und Buchungskosten zu decken.
Höhe und Bedingungen der Stornogebühr werden im individuellen Dienstleistungsvertrag festgelegt, der vor Bestätigung der Buchungen unterzeichnet wird.
Der Patient verpflichtet sich:
Global Health Bridge haftet ausschließlich für die von ihr erbrachten Koordinierungs- und Verwaltungsleistungen. Wir haften nicht für:
Unsere Gesamthaftung ist in jedem Fall auf das vom Patienten gezahlte Koordinierungshonorar begrenzt.
Wir verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung und der DSGVO (EU) 2016/679.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Kemnath, Deutschland.
Global Health Bridge behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu aktualisieren. Für Ihr Auftragsverhältnis gilt die zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses gültige Fassung.

Si decide continuar con nuestros servicios, se aplica una tarifa de coordinación que cubre todo el apoyo administrativo, organizativo y logístico, incluyendo:
La tarifa de coordinación — ya sea un importe fijo o un porcentaje del coste del tratamiento — se acuerda individualmente y por escrito con cada paciente antes de confirmar los servicios.
Antes de confirmar las citas, el paciente debe presentar uno de los siguientes documentos:
Los costes del tratamiento se abonan directamente al médico o al hospital. La tarifa de coordinación se paga a Global Health Bridge según lo acordado.
Si cancela una cita reservada o se retira del servicio después de que se hayan realizado reservas en su nombre, podrá aplicarse una tarifa de cancelación para cubrir los costes administrativos y de reserva ya incurridos.
El importe y las condiciones de la tarifa de cancelación se especificarán en el acuerdo de servicio individual firmado antes de confirmar las reservas.

في حال قررت المضي قدماً في خدماتنا، تُطبَّق رسوم تنسيق تشمل جميع الدعم الإداري والتنظيمي واللوجستي، بما في ذلك:
تُحدَّد رسوم التنسيق — سواء كانت مبلغاً ثابتاً أو نسبة مئوية من تكلفة العلاج — بالاتفاق الفردي والكتابي مع كل مريض قبل حجز أي خدمات.
قبل تأكيد المواعيد، يجب على المريض تقديم أحد المستندات التالية:
تُدفع تكاليف العلاج مباشرةً للطبيب أو المستشفى المعالِج. تُسدَّد رسوم التنسيق لـ Global Health Bridge وفق الاتفاق.
في حال إلغاء موعد محجوز أو الانسحاب من الخدمة بعد إجراء الحجوزات نيابةً عنك، قد تُطبَّق رسوم إلغاء لتغطية التكاليف الإدارية وتكاليف الحجز التي تكبّدناها فعلاً.
يُحدَّد مبلغ رسوم الإلغاء وشروطها في اتفاقية الخدمة الفردية الموقَّعة قبل تأكيد الحجوزات.
يلتزم المريض بما يلي:
تتحمّل Global Health Bridge المسؤولية فقط عن خدمات التنسيق والإدارة التي تقدّمها. ولا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن:
تقتصر مسؤوليتنا القصوى في جميع الأحوال على رسوم التنسيق التي دفعها المريض.
نعالج بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا ولائحة GDPR (الاتحاد الأوروبي) 2016/679.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية. مكان الاختصاص القضائي هو Kemnath، ألمانيا.
تحتفظ Global Health Bridge بحق تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. تسري على تعاملك النسخة المعمول بها وقت إبرام اتفاقية الخدمة.
